Our team

Pastor Shaun Hansen

Principal

Shaun Hansen has been in ministry for over 40 years. He began his ministry journey in June of 1981 when he did full-time study (B. Min) and was employed as youth staff minister at what was then called Mt. Gravatt A.O.G. and later known as Garden City Christian Church.

In 1987 Shaun became ordained with A.O.G. and was appointed youth pastor of the same church.

In June 1989 Shaun and his wife journeyed to Houston, Texas, USA for three years as Youth Pastors on 2 Campuses (Houston & Humble).

In June 1992 they felt called back to Australia and in their sitting room with 22 people gave birth to what is known today as Dunamis Church.

In this span of 30+ years they have seen growth not only in the main campus, but also in planting  4 churches (other than the main campus), and of those 5 campuses, they personally pioneered 3.

Shaun has a passion for making disciples. He believes in raising up sons and daughters and has seen numerous people sent out in ministry both in Australia and overseas.
